The interior is divided into two shorter adjustable shelved sections with a longer middle section.
Raised on a plinth base.
Original boarding to the back and with the label J Kendall & Co.

J Kendall & Co were cabinet makers from Leeds, Yorkshire who's craftmanship is seen to be on a par with that of Gillows. Established between 1783 - 1840 and listed in G.Beard & C.Gilbert, Dictionary of English Furniture Makers 1660-1840, as an important Leeds maker.
Eventually taken over by Marsh & Jones.
